How do I place an order?

Please contact us at (310) 670-9378. Our outstanding customer service department will make sure your requests are directed to the appropriate department. You may also email us.

Can I rely on 3 West Medical to properly repair my scopes and equipment?

Yes – of course. Our technicians handle every piece of equipment with expert precision and all repairs are done so the equipment meets the manufacturer’s specifications. All equipment is repaired in our state-of-art facility.

Do you have a warranty on Repairs?

All repairs are warranted against defect(s) in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of invoice. All repairs are performed according to manufacturer’s specifications. Wear and tear, and damage caused by mishandling, misuse or abuse is not covered under the warranty.

Warranty on refurbished equipment sales: We offer a One Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty on new item sales: The Manufacturer’s warranty would apply.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date. Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Labor, delivery, installation services and/or other services
  • Consumable items such as paper, batteries, etc.
  • Items that are damaged or abused
  • Items that are missing accessories such as buttons, valves, cords and cables

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.

Do 3 West Medical repairs meet industry standards?

3 West Medical exceeds industry standards! We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality and most technologically advanced endoscope repair. All equipment repaired or refurbished by 3 West Medical, will meet or exceed the manufacturer’s specifications.

Can I get a loaner while my scope is being repaired?

Yes – although we have fast turnaround time, we know that your facility has to work seamlessly while your equipment is being repaired. Therefore, we offer loaners if you do not have back up scopes or equipment.

What brands of endoscopes and equipment do you repair?

We repair all brands of endoscopes and equipment. Our services range from large and small diameter flexible endoscopes to rigid scopes. Our technicians have experience with all brands of scopes and equipment – the combination of their talents provide a synergy among our repair technicians which makes 3 West Medical an industry standout.

Where do you buy the pre-owned equipment?

3 West Medical purchases pre-owned equipment from hospitals, surgery centers, endoscopy centers and doctor’s offices. Once we purchase the equipment we recondition the equipment to meet the manufacturer’s specifications.

Will you buy or trade my endoscopy equipment?

3 West Medical will buy, sell, trade and repair pre-owned equipment. We pay fair market prices for any equipment and will beat the manufacturer’s buy back price.

Do you have an upgrade or repair exchange program?

We want you to make the right buying decision and we are here to advise you when the cost of repairing your equipment is better spent upgrading your equipment. We will help you find the right equipment for your facility.
